Sugar Snap Peas
Salt & Pepper
1. Wash and remove strings on peas.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium sized frying pan. Turn on burner to medium heat.
3. Add peas to pan.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Saute for 5 minutes.
I know this recipe is nothing special for those of you that do a lot of cooking, but for gardeners who don’t cook well this is a great way to use a lot of snap peas pretty easily. Denise really likes sugar snap peas cooked this way, but for me I prefer eating them raw.
